I like the pop art inspiration, that was a good move, Although I think you could push it even more with the "pow!" graphic. You could do another variation of it or make more layers to it so that it looks more like collage or cut outs. I hope that makes sense.
I think adding the pop art inspiration really worked! I don't necessarily think you need the "Fear Pain" text- I think you could rearrange the bottom text in that space and it would work well. I agree with Hadiya, as well, that you could make more pow graphics, or continue more the dots to connect the whole piece.
