This is looking great, my suggestions would be to add a shadow where the chin and neck meet, it doesn't have to be drastic, just similar to the other shadows you have. Also, I would round off the shoulder; right now it comes to a point and then drops down, I would drop the shoulder down slightly lower while giving it roundness.You could shift the clavicle to the slightly to the left - where I do see a bubble on top the clavicle that needs ironing out.
This is looking really good. I really like your overall concept. I agree with Jerome that the shoulder looks a little strange, I suggest having it create a smooth line along the top. Also, I feel that the ear is slightly too large, maybe try making it a little smaller. My last suggestion is maybe try taking out "monster" and just go with "beauty kills", I feel like it would be very dynamic with just the single phase, but overall great!
