I am still working on it have a lot to add. The background is going to change and I still have to add more details on the women. After that is done I will decide the placement of the text.
I really like the details you added to the dress to make it look more "flowy" and your shading is quite nice. Maybe could could slightly add some shading to the hair and include some red "patches" or "strands" so that I'll foreshadow the blood coming down after the bullet is shot, or show that the bullet has just past throughout to emphasize it more.
