I love this, the details of the hot dog shows how messy, but awesome tasting it can be. I love your use of colors and how it doesn't look like its trying to be a commercial hot dog.
I agree with Jacqueline. The hot dog looks a bit messy, but you used the color well. Which makes this hot dogs looks very delicious. I think it is a very interesting composition.
