Very nice. There a good sense of depth and nice highlights to add to the realistic sense of the illustration. The small logo tag on the end is a good touch.
I really like this. It looks very realistic with all the little details you have captured with your illustration. I also love the composition and position of the headphones you chose.
The gradients do a really nice job of making this as realistic as possible as others have said. I wonder though if they could be titled more so as to appear on the same plane that the cord is laying on? The headphones appear to be propped up on something.
