Those Chinese words on the helmet are my favorite part of the Mulan's poem. And I have chosen favorite quote from the Disney's Mulan Animation at 1998.
This is fab! Check the vertical line of her face...the image appears to be skewed to the left, slightly counter-clockwise. The right side of the head still feels a little flat and thought the lips look great the red/yellow eye seem a little high. I also think you need a different typeface...either more stylized or less. I would make it slightly smaller as well. However, the image is fantastic, the detail really makes it.
I really like your work, you were able to show both sides of Mulan in your poster. I like the colors you choose, but are you going with a different background color or do you want it to blend in? I would recommend playing around with the opacity of the object in her hair by erasing bits and pieces and possibly making all the "hairlines" have the same look since some look "painted" while others are line strokes.
