I can definitely see the improvements. I like how your hair doesn't look as blocky anymore, adding those white highlights and creating strand-like shapes really helped.
You've come a long way from the 1st critique. From a distance the different colors look nicely blended but up close you can see some great details which is cool because it shows how much work you put in. Nice job!
I think this looks great. The lighter colors in the face really draws your eyes right there, and the hands are a lot more identifiable from the last crit. I also like what you did with the coloring in the hair- it's really nice.
