That's a nice and clean outline. I like where the details are going especially in the hair. I'd suggest making the highlights and shadows on the cheeks and below the lip a bit more subtle maybe by playing with the opacity. Great start though!
I think you could do a little more with the hair, there's so much color and texture in the photo I think it could bring the illustration to life. Otherwise looks great!
