Your piece could benefit with more color variation, like some cel shading and coloring , especially in the highlights of your face, eyes, and the top your hair. I would recommend some custom brushes to help this issue and possible picking out a light source to base your shading on.
Although the texture on your eyebrows is subtle, I think you could incorporate more texture throughout.
