This looks great and very realistic. I really like what you have done with hair, it looks awesome. I think that you have a really nice blend of different tones on your face, there is one right around the mouth area that stands out, I suggest either changing it to a lighter color or taking it out completely.
This piece is really good, the monochromatic color scale you choose to color your portrait with works really well. It's very nice and subtle. But some of the highlight, especially the one on your chin and the top of your forehead seem to be too bright. You might want to tone them down a bit.
